The Good, The Bad, And The Sometimes Ugly: First, the good - I loved online essay checkertand he characters and thought the story was excellent. The book was just really well written and flowed nicely along, so before I knew it I was done reading it. The bad and the ugly - honestly, I don't really have anything bad to say about this book. It was everything I hoped it would be and then some! The only thing maybe is that I'm not sure why Nash didn't try to get to know Kaylee sooner, if he knew what she was. But I do see that B&N has a prequel to this series on their website that you can read for free, so I'm going to be checking that out to see if I can get some answers!

Romance Sizzle Or Fizzle: Definitely sizzle, Kaylee and Nash are so cute together. He is so patient, understanding, and protective of her, which is exactly what she needed considering all of the issues she was trying to work through. Their relationship does move pretty fast, but when you find out what's going on with Kaylee and how Nash ties into all of that, it's not that unbelievable. I can't wait to see how their relationship grows and progresses in the rest of the series.

Uniqueness Of Plot: I thought the plot was very unique. Most of the paranormal/urban fantasy novels revolve around the usual werewolves, vampires, witches, etc., so this was a nice change of pace.

Final Thoughts: I bought this book on a whim and I am so glad I did. I usually try not to look at the reviews on B&N before I buy a book because I want to form my own opinions and not have a predetermined attitude about it; so I checked them out after I was done reading and I can't imagine how someone could not like this book. I thought it was a great, fun read with twists to keep you on your toes and some humor to make you laugh every once in awhile. I most definitely recommend this book and will be buying the rest of the series soon!
