Fatty Foods May Lower Sperm Count

Researchers out of Dartmouth Medical School studied 99 men who were all clients at fertility clinics. Each filled out a questionnaire listing what they ate and found that saturated fats, the stuff in meat and dairy foods, was associated with lower sperm counts.
