Why is it so hard for couples with frustrated relationships to reach out for help? How can we destigmatize it? I suppose when car manufacturers first suggested an oil-change every 3,000 miles it sounded like a scam but now it's accepted that waiting for major damage to happen is more costly. How much more do marriages need periodic input from objective professionals!

TODAY HAS BEEN A VERY HARD DAY FOR ME. I FEEL LOST AND CONFUSED MOST OF YESTERDAY AND TODAY. I FEEL MY HUSBAND HAD BROKEN OUR TRUST. HE HAS BEEN CAUGHT IN SO MANY LIES THAT ALL I SEE IS LIES WHEN I LOOK INTO HIS EYES. I KEEP HOPEING I SEE THIS VULNERABLE PERSON I CALL MY HUSBAND CRYING OUT TO ME. I THINK HE IS SINCERELY SORRY FOR BREAKING MY TRUST IN HIM AND OUR MARRIAGE. I AM SO SAD THAT I HAVE HAD TO WAKE UP TO THIS SIDE OF MY HUSBAND THAT I PUT OFF SEEING FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF OUR MARRIAGE. IT HURTS.
