Open marriage problem..

I am currently seeing a man that is in an open marriage. However, he has declared that he is in love with me and the last time we met we exchanged vows and he gave me a wedding ring. He also has asked me,if we could really be together would I want to just live together or actually get married. His spouse is going to have a child soon their first and also continues to see her lover. He no longer
uses condoms with me and wants me to be his wife when we are together in every way and to not see anyone else.. I am so confused as to what is really going on. Did I mention he mixes all this with saying that he loves his wife. I really need help with this situation. I do love him and would like to know if we have a chance at a future together or is this just a game. He constanly says he wants a life with me and how he could really get use to waking up to me.
