It's grilling season and we'd like you to share your best BBQ tips. To get things started, we'd like to recommend that you don't push down your hamburgers so you can hear that sizzle. It sounds cool, but all you're doing is squeezing the flavor and moist juices out of that burger.

In a bit of veggie oil, saute 1 med. onion until clear. remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, 2 heaping tbsp of SWEET pickle relish, and a splash or 2 of Worcestershire sauce.  Pepper taste.

marinate your favorite cut of meat (really anything pork, poultry, beef) for min of 2 hours overnight is best.

If you pierce the meat with a fork it is better.

grill to your liking.
