Here's an article talking about a balloon boy costume.

I suppose you could turn this into a couple's costume by having your spouse dress up as a camera man from the news. Then again, it's about time this story dies, right?

Our family loves Halloween! And my husband, Patrick has always been a good sport about our family or couple costumes. Over the years, the four of us have dressed up as:
1) Crazy Scientists 2) Vampires/Vampiress 3) Harry Potter Cast-Professor Snape, Professor Dumbledore,
Harry Potter & Ron Weasely.
4) Boys were "Police Officers", and my husband and I were "Prisoners"- Now that was interesting!

Now that our sons are older...my husband and I have continued to have theme costumes...Hippie Chick/Hippie Guy; Love Witch/Love Wizard; Arachnophobia Expert/Crazy Spider...We find it fun, playful and creative...Why not?
